Shopping on-line is Amazingly easy
Shopping on line is something we all do now and it is a great way to raise money for us at no cost to yourself. By using Smile.Amazon (instead of Amazon), Easyfundraising or Give As You Live you will raising much needed funds every time you order. Click on one of the links below to go straight to the relevant site. Once there, create a free account, choose The Laura Centre as your charity to support and start shopping. We all know that Amazon has a wide range of products and by using the link above you can raise money for us whilst shopping but, if you have a specific need or want to visit a specific shop then you are better to use EASYFUNDRAISING OR GIVE AS YOU LIVE. Both of these online packages have over 4000 high street shops available. All you do is create an account with one or both of them, select The Laura Centre as your charity to support and then link to the shop you want to visit through that portal. Once on the chosen site it will know that you linked to it via one of these two sites and the store will then donate a percentage of your spend to us (at no cost to you) Both EASYFUNDRAISING AND GIVE AS YOU LIVE have a wide range of products and services even including insurance companies and travel agents so you can raise money for us whatever you are buying.

There are many different ways of raising funds. We have put together an A to Z of fundraising ideas which may be useful for you. Whether you choose from our list or come up with your own idea we are always here to help promote and support your fundraising efforts.
This guide is meant to give you some ideas but you are only limited by your imagination.
Volunteering
If you are interested in volunteering for us there are a number of ways you may be able to help such as:
- Placement counsellors
- Administration (eg filing)
- Being an ambassador (eg at cheque collections)
- Cleaning
- General Fundraising (eg bucket collections, supermarket packing etc)
- Giving talks and lectures
